Rydah is better. Not enough exp buffs. only 500, takes forever to rb, i got 1300 in Rydah. I played for 5 months. i only got 600 in Bankai i played bankai for 7 months.

Best training guide of Bankaistory (i used this to level to 200 in less then an our)

1~30- Hunt in perion stumps ... 30~50- last floor first portal fm(mushmom) 50-70- Iron hogs 70-100 ( you should have 500mil already so use ur 500mil to gain 100m experience. 100+ PIG BEACH (1BIL EXP EACH KILL) get a party to leech in. By then you would be in lvl 200 in no time! =D
