sounds about right for the US representatives, and from the look of it, it would seem that since they (the US) didnt get their way with wanting to do (as always) unnecessary business with different country representatives, but it would also seem that, that is the American way stubborn ignorant and nosy, feeling that it is their business to sniff around to try and start trouble, or get their foot in the door, so that they then feel that they have the jurisdiction to call the shots. i rest my case
