Even this guy nearly stacked it when he did the right footed rocks. Why would you try this before you could even ride a unicycle? I agree with the regular rocking but one footed rocking looks like it's too hard for a beginner, and doesn't look like it'd help that much. The rest of these vids are good though.

If you want to learn how to ride a unicycle, hold onto a wall, get on the unicycle, and see how far you can go. Repeat. You do not need to get "ready to ride" like this guy claims, just go for it!
