I know theyre not allowed in highways, not unless its got a 250cc i think... i think! (not sure), but can these keep up with traffic??

@rpg1201 haha no not for the most part, a 125cc vespa allstate can barley hit 47 mph, and there are no turn signals either, guess they just wern't important
