To anyone wondering if this was real, IT WAS. They showed us the ending on 5/23 a few hours before the world and immediately cut to the recording of Aloha to LOST.

I am the guy at :16 and had no idea they were going to use me! I look terrible because I'd been crying so many times throughout the whole show!!

LOST was the most emotional, investing, endearing and amazing TV show I've ever watched, I'm a huge fan and to be randomly chosen to see this taping, then aired on TV too - whoa.

I cried plenty of times throughout the series (most often to do with Locke, and if not him then Juliet) but the finale was such an emotional-rollercoaster, don't think i'll ever cry as much as I did with that episode.

And that's a good sign, that a show has the audience so emotionally invested in their characters that they burst into tears.

to all the people saying this was retarded, i myself is a lostfanatic and have followed the series thoughout, i admit they add cheap tricks too keep the viewers emotional when a series regular return to give one last goodbye, but its not about that, i diddnt cry untill the last scene. if you havent watched the show i strongly suggest you do. This particular scene ment so much to me since it gave me answers but not for the show itself, but life. It gave me the answer to what life is all about.

@sirhcskoorb yeah you say that. but some people got really connected to the show, like me. lost was probably the best 6 years of my life. i dont even look at my remote anymore, it doesnt feel the same anymore. not only is lost the most amazing show on the history of television. it makes you think and theorize unlike the crap they have on tv now and you know what i did cry, and im not ashamed to say it. the tears came running down my face, because you grow to love these characters after 6 years.

at first when i heard about this show called lost i thought it was just another one of these shows trying to be ''another tv show'' but as i started to watch it i began to develop a special interest with the story and more importantly the characters, i watched the show every night a new episode was on because i was so fascinated by it for some strange reason, i am really going to miss this t.v series, it was one of the few things that never dissapointed me, i will forever miss this tv show
