The tower told me where they wanted me to go, then wait for the appropriate light. I came in from the north so they had me come down runway 20 and hold short of the active runway, 12/30. How far is Murphy from Medford?

Totally super out of this world awesome! I wonder if I could fly from Murphy to Medford International? Did they say (or you suggest) the approach, hold, and wait for green light? Or did you just hold because you saw the red light? So cool.

For sure. No radio in this thing. Permission to enter control zone granted by telephone in advance. The ship appears in the films to pitch up and down a lot. It isn't. It's me glancing down frequently to monitor the rotor/rpm guage. The camera is mounted on my forehead.
