@MrPeace2mind We are always "using" the LOA, Like gravity, it just is. We can't not use it... the trick is to use it to our benefit and attract to us the things we want instead of what we don't want. We do that by focusing on our desires, feeling them & BEING them now. We attract our thin body to us by BECOMING THIN NOW in our minds & our bodies will catch up as quickly as it can. If you were thin now, how would you sit, talk, act, walk? Don't put off your life until you get thin!
Wow! I've never had the problem of getting thin and becoming fat again. I'm just fat. XD Your videos really inspiring. Sometimes I need these videos. I was 310 pounds just a little over four months ago and today I am 215. I'm getting there but thank you for the picker upper XD

@IamIamIamSierra I think a bit differently. Saying I'm fat and admitting my problem won't keep me personally from being fit. I dont wanna be thin. Thin to me means too small. I don't have self confidence problems so saying I'm fat actually does help me try harder to change it.
@MsMandaMarieR Yes, you have to use words that mean what you want. Thin to me means my healthy body weight while skinny means too thin. I can see how it helps with motivation to change it, but once the motivation wears off you need something more. For me always focusing on the fat, and I am fat kept me there, but when I started focusing on my ideal body weight and where I was going, it went a lot smoother and faster. Everyone has to do what works for them!
I feel like I just can't loose the weight and keep it off, I want to be 150, but I weight 201 pounds, and I hate myself for it, I feel like food is such a comforting thing. yes I am lucky to be 5 8 and ppl's guess on my weight is 180 max, but I know deep down I am fat, fat, fat. @SamSings4life93 Hey there. You really have to stop with the self hate and convert that into self love. Where you are is just where you are, it has served you in some way as protection. Deep down you ARE thin thin thin and the fat is just a symptom of old patterns and beliefs. They CAN be reversed and reprogrammed with practice, observation of those behaviors, and lots of self love. The law of attraction has always been something important to me. Seeing "The secret" was inspiring, but I just gave up after not so long because I was so frustrated with myself. I really would love to purchase your book. I've been overweight my whole life. I exercise, I'm a vegetarian, eat the best I can, and still, I weigh around 200 pounds. @chazzafergiex i used to be 135 at 12 i was 5'6 and i just got fatter after that ,one because i wasnt eating properly and 2 i wasnt happy , i also tried to kill myself but never had the guts to do it fully..why?cause life is beautiful&things could change...i ended up weighing 190 at 16 and then i started eating in moderation ,not going back for seconds, not as much sugar as i was eatingg,and more excersice and only eating when i was hungry and if i wanted a snak it will b small and healthy :)

This is such a beautiful story thank you for sharing. I am young but I see myself gaining weight and becoming more and more addicted to food. My husband is deployed and when he comes home I want to be a wife who is not depressed because of her weight. At 5'3" I'm 170 lbs, I know it's not that big a number but if I don't do something now in 4 months I'll be 200 lbs. I'm thinking of doing a video blog on here to track my weight loss progress and hopefully get support. Thank you
@heather910711 You can do this, Heather. Don't focus on the extra weight, focus on the prize! Focus on being thin and healthy and sexy for your husband. Focusing on where you are will just keep you there, switch to thinking about and taking action on where you are going. Many people use food to shove down loneliness and other feelings, you are not alone. Food becomes more than something to nourish our bodies, we start to use it to nourish our soul. Find other things for soul love & move the bod!
Everytime I see someones story and that they actually accomplished it, I begin to get emotional and cry...

However, I'm moving back to my old town & in with a friend, next month. I think i'll be a lot happier then, thats probs when lbs will come off. When I'm happy & occupied with friends, I don't feel hungry hardly at all. I'm going to start eating healthy , as well as exercising. I finally want to lose weight,not just saying I do & giving up. @Ready2bhappy Hi I have a lot of weight to lose myself. One thing I've come to grips with is that I've made decisions to not meet many of my goals for weight loss. I wanted to go down to Los Angeles this winter and visit a friend and be comfortable by the beach. I'm at 299 lbs, weighed myself yesterday, and would need to be at 200. I'm not going to lose 99 lbs by February. Then I began to think how grateful I'd feel if I lost 30 by then and I had the courage to begin again. :)

Wow! My goal is to lose 150 pounds in a year and half. What you did is like 3 pounds loss in a week. I would love to try and do this. I just need the extra motivation to get to exercise. I have over 500 index cards full of motivational quotes and I made a huge binder that has tons of exercise tips and eating healthy as well as charts to fill out and over 2,000 exercises cut out of magazines in this big binder I made. My fear is that I won't lose my breasts and I so much want to. I can see u did.

@fuffins1981 Of course we can also attract our thin body to us. We BECOME THIN in our minds and then our body does everything it can to catch up with us. We let go of the habits and patterns that keep us overweight by becoming the observer of our behaviors instead of just staying in robot mode. This really is inspiring. That is the exact number of pounds that I have to lose. It can be done, I see that now. I'm taking the low carb approach. Just having a hard time being patient.
@AphroditeBecoming It can be a little frustrating when we are already eating right and already feeling thin in our minds to have our body not quite match yet... but a great way to get through that is to start doing the things you have put off until you were thin. Start being, doing, having the things you would do when thin NOW and live your life NOW and the impatience is replaced with a zest for living in the NOW!

I am still in Costa Rica (again, I did leave for a while to be in society) and while I did gain some weight because I hadn't completely dealt with my fear of being successful and all the attention I was getting when thin, I have now shifted my beliefs around that and am back to being thin in my mind. I can't stop crying. This video was "recommended" by youtube and it just kept staring me in the face until I watched it. I need help. I don't know why I haven't asked for help before. Maybe because I don't know who to ask. I believe in the law of attraction but never applied it to my constant weight struggle. This is the beginning of something, I really want it to be.

I tried it... lost ten lbs in a week and half. My jaw dropped bc I gain weight when I don't eat and lose it slowly when I do but it always fluxuates... 10 lbs consistantly.

@juli2511 HI Juli2511. Exercise is essential for weight loss and health. The best thing to do is to go slowly and do things that are fun for you. I would dance around in my room where no one could see me, or swim, or take walks out in nature. It doesn't have to be a grueling routine. I stop for five minutes at at time to lift weights; the added bonus is that it gets my butt of the computer too. I followed a diet at first until I was really thin in my mind and could switch to intuitive eating.
i'm embarking on my journey to become thin. I suddenly realized I don't HAVE to be fat. I can think and be thin. I'm going to do it & I'm going to stay thin the rest of my life. I need to lose about 80 lbs. so....., how did you manage to get your pic taken with Mel?

@xxcharley28xx Set small goals. It's good that you have an overall goal weight but if you keep seeing that really distant 120 then you are never going to be satisfied. (Also for your height 140-150 would look great, 120 might be too thin) Start with 220 as a goal and then keep going down, lose the first 10 and check that off the list and you'll feel excited about loosing the rest :) Good luck!

@chazzafergiex i used to be 135 at 12 i was 5'6 and i just got fatter after that ,one because i wasnt eating properly and 2 i wasnt happy , i also tried to kill myself but never had the guts to do it fully..why?cause life is beautiful&things could change...i ended up weighing 190 at 16 and then i started eating in moderation ,not going back for seconds, not as much sugar as i was eatingg,and more excersice and only eating when i was hungry and if i wanted a snak it will b small and healthy :)

This is such a beautiful story thank you for sharing. I am young but I see myself gaining weight and becoming more and more addicted to food. My husband is deployed and when he comes home I want to be a wife who is not depressed because of her weight. At 5'3" I'm 170 lbs, I know it's not that big a number but if I don't do something now in 4 months I'll be 200 lbs. @heather910711 You can do this, Heather. Don't focus on the extra weight, focus on the prize! Focus on being thin and healthy and sexy for your husband. Focusing on where you are will just keep you there, switch to thinking about and taking action on where you are going. Many people use food to shove down loneliness and other feelings, you are not alone. Food becomes more than something to nourish our bodies, we start to use it to nourish our soul. Everytime I see someones story and that they actually accomplished it, I begin to get emotional and cry...

However, I'm moving back to my old town & in with a friend, next month. I think i'll be a lot happier then, thats probs when lbs will come off. @Ready2bhappy Hi I have a lot of weight to lose myself. One thing I've come to grips with is that I've made decisions to not meet many of my goals for weight loss. I wanted to go down to Los Angeles this winter and visit a friend and be comfortable by the beach. I'm at 299 lbs, weighed myself yesterday, and would need to be at 200. I'm not going to lose 99 lbs by February. Then I began to think how grateful I'd feel if I lost 30 by then and I had the courage to begin again. :)

Wow! My goal is to lose 150 pounds in a year and half. What you did is like 3 pounds loss in a week. I would love to try and do this. I just need the extra motivation to get to exercise. I have over 500 index cards full of motivational quotes and I made a huge binder that has tons of exercise tips and eating healthy as well as charts to fill out and over 2,000 exercises cut out of magazines in this big binder I made. My fear is that I won't lose my breasts and I so much want to. I can see u did.

I can't stop crying. This video was "recommended" by youtube and it just kept staring me in the face until I watched it. I need help. I don't know why I haven't asked for help before. Maybe because I don't know who to ask. I believe in the law of attraction but never applied it to my constant weight struggle. This is the beginning of something, I really want it to be.

@juli2511 HI Juli2511. Exercise is essential for weight loss and health. The best thing to do is to go slowly and do things that are fun for you. I would dance around in my room where no one could see me, or swim, or take walks out in nature. It doesn't have to be a grueling routine. I stop for five minutes at at time to lift weights; the added bonus is that it gets my butt of the computer too. I followed a diet at first until I was really thin in my mind and could switch to intuitive eating.

@xxcharley28xx Set small goals. It's good that you have an overall goal weight but if you keep seeing that really distant 120 then you are never going to be satisfied. (Also for your height 140-150 would look great, 120 might be too thin) Start with 220 as a goal and then keep going down, lose the first 10 and check that off the list and you'll feel excited about loosing the rest :) Good luck!
