Wrong...the community does not need to be built off of a monitary system of trade and debt. Instead the group of commoners will govern the land/resources so that no one person is able to dominate and misuse the land. The land produces what all the people of that land need to survive always aware of the need to uphold resources to insure a future that doesn't envolve dead cows. Local govenment + common land = win for all
