Lol, has everybody forgotten the trailers for this game? Where was the epic titan battle and the Orc boss you fight during the orbital assault? The game wasn't bad by any means, but come on!!! I wanted to see an epic battle using titans and such! And not to mention the whole orbital cannon thing...

@bigblackbeasty I disagree, the final boss fight was dissappointing, I expected more than just falling in the air for the whole thing and repeating the same sequence of buttons. Plus Angron and An'ggrath are in no way dull.

@lorcan454 I agree, but let's think reallistic on warhammer terms. Nemeroth is trying to reach with a giant claw to hit Titus, I would have prefered to fight him as a demon, also the multiplayer is a bit clunky. I spend 5 minutes slowly trodding towards an enemy as they lag jump to me, the roll is useless; back to subject. You are right Nemeroth was piss easy, but I liked the style of fighting his minions before hand, also some cutscene as nemeroth kills you would also be nice.

My only problem with the ending was Leandros going to the Inquisition, no Space Marine would get an outside agency involved unless they had no choice and shaming the Ultramarines in front of another chapter like that is a big nono.

A Space marine with doubts about a battle brother would speak to his chapters chaplains first.

@Tuberuser187 But Leandros doesn't look like he has not had much expirience and more along the lines of him probably being in 8th or 9th ultramarines company and even so is there an ultramarine chaplain anywhere on the planet? So I would assume it is logical for Leandros to react like this.

@bannedstory01234 Leandros was fully fledged Astartes, passing through the scout company as an initiate would mean he was fully indoctrinated.

The Imperial counter assault was huge, with whole regiments of IG and elements from several chapters of Space Marines, its highly likely the Ultramarines had at least one chaplain with them.

Its completely against logic why Leandros would embarrass his chapter like that.

Regardless of how easy the final fight with Nemeroth was; it certainly is interesting that for once someone had actually succeeded in stopping a Chaos Lord from fully achieving Daemon Hood; Titus basically got Nemeroth before he fully transformed. In Dawn Of War we knew Sindri was bound to succeed in achieving his initial goal with the Maledictum and in this game I thought the same would happen with Nemeroth but he literally got stopped mid-way when Titus threw him off :D

Go for a Thunder Hammer. I haven't played this game, but from all the walkthroughs of this game I had seen so far, using a thunder hammer, though slow, is especially effective against masses of enemies, Nobs, Daemons and Chaos Space Marine champions.

lascannon and melta gun is the best choice for the last mission if you play it on hard. If you use these 2 weapons during the campaign you won't have a problem to kill the psykers on the 3rd wave instantly before dealing with the bloodletters. If you're good on evading attacks and counter attack on melee you can beat this mission on hard even with chainsword and without using fury. It's cool to start nemeroth with full fury meter :)

I had the problem or glitch that i only could use bolter, that i used for the first 2,5 wawes and the final wawe i just shoot allot of plasma onto them with my plasma gun, it was luckliy on normal and my firstplay trough great game btw

@wtfronsson well creating a very new game is kinda hard making the gameplay and all plus story line contents and glitches... they might have gone lazy with the ending boss fihgt, even i was a little disappointed but i bet u the second one will be 3x better since all they need to do is add a story lineand some minor content instead of all those game creation

I always thought Chaos was the most boring one since theyre just darker marines with pink mist. i played my way to this bossfight, thinking, ok just kick his ass and maybe we finally leave this bore of a world and travel to somewhere different. yeah right. the campaign is short and pretty boring. i hope they make a sequel superfast. with eldar, tau, tyranids and all that. and a customizable hero for the single play too. maybe choose your marine... order? i want to be blood raven or the wolf guys. ultramarines is so faggy.

a few things u did wrong:

1. used up your "berserk" on 1st wave

2. picked up ammo before the fight started

3. used up las-cannon ammo on imp guards

...would suggest you use heavy bolter on demons & las-cannon or plasma gun on chaos marines

...still a good job none the less

What sucks about this fight compared to the Ork boss is that each time you progress through the fight the game doesn't save your place unlike the Ork boss fight. For each stage of that fight the game saved your progression. Unfortunately in this fight if you die during any of the later waves you have to start all over again which is aggravating as hell.
