@brassballs2007 if you don't want to use ginger paste you don't have to, I don't know about the curd, as I've never done that before, but you can try, Instead of using fresh tomatoes, you can use canned tomato. You don't need to skin the tomatoes if you don't want to. Basically when trying new recipes, it's all trial and error, try different things and see what suits you best. Good luck.
