Experiments can be conducted the right way, and the wrong way. There is such a thing as a scientific experiment, and a non-scientific experiment. A guy running around with a beeping meter and finding orbs on a picture, putting them together and saying that it's proof of a ghost is not a scientific experiment. Pseudoscience utilizes experiments as well to "prove" things. There's a thing called scientific protocol.
