OTA isn't a scam just like the market isn't open only for 6 hours. You can trade the Dow, Nasdaq and S&P 24/6 via the emini's.
As for OTA, only a lousy student could walk away from any of their courses and say it is a scam. I went through their dvd course and found it intelligent, informative and very useful instruction.
To trade in the markets without some sort of instruction would be like Indy car racing for the first time... sooner rather than later, you are going to hit the wall.
