@deanna420ful When you have a kapo on, most people play relative to it. So, yes it is the eleventh fret technically, but most people would call it the 7th fret (relative to the kapo on the 3rd). Does that make sense?

@DisturbedDesre 1) it sounds better with the capo because that is how Meredith plays it live. 2) they are called frets not chords you obviously know nothing about guitars. 3) the reason she can move her hands quickly is because she has been playing for awhile and you apparently have not. that is also why it does not seem simple to you. @iluvunot keep doing what you're doing, it was a great tutorial.

It sounds a lot worse with the Capo...AND...you make it extremely hard to understand when you keep stuttering and re-counting the chords...maybe its because it was old, yeah, but maybe you could make a new one and show us a little more simple.
