The band was a funk band with a large Hollyweird C-movie celeb following. And it was a Tuesday night, and usually Tuesday nights are purty sparse crowd. Coconut Teaszer was one of those clubs with two stages, not too many places operate like that nowadays for $5 cover, I miss the 90's L.A. bar scene
