@Amber3366 Sorry I never answered, I never get notified about comments! But yeah, I use Photoshop Elements 8.0, though lately I've been playing around with Sai Paint.
@cheyennebarton Thank you! :) The generally take me about 12 hours, usually spread out over a few days (I would crazy if I did it all at once lol!) This particular one, I kept starting and stopping over a course of a few weeks and took a little longer, like maybe 18 hours total, because I had to repaint the water a lot because it was getting on my nerves! Thanks for the comment :)
