What gauge housing is that? That's exactly what i want for my 05 STi, i love how they're set on the far outside of each corner...very user-friendly layout!

Can you hear the noise/whistle of the turbo spool through that set-up? I know the Cobb cat back is meant to be a little more quiet.

Yes you can. It's more because of the SPT Intake ;)

I hear the turbo spooling at 0:02 so yes, you will definitely be able to hear the spool of the turbo.
