you should take it as a compliment. i hear it all the time that i'm fine for a white guy and it doesn't bother me i just know that for some reason black people associate things with color more so then other groups. for example i've never in my life seen a black comedian that doesn't say "why people do this and why people do that". but on the flip side white comedians do not do so.

Did you not expect different races to to see their own racial ideal of beauty to be different than what is standard for a DIFFERENT race? because white people and others races are generally attracted to their own race, plus black women have flat noses and large lips with protruding mouths and darkskin, all of which I find unappealing. This is your perspective and no one can take it away. I've heard there are groups in Africa that discrimiate against lighter skinned Africans, and darker skinned people are the beautiful, best ones. I think it sucks that dark skinned women can't be beautiful because it's not true. It's sad that you can't change your race or be who you want to be. Yes it's offensive, but this world has an evil ruler - the devil who uses every trick in the book to twist people to do his will. Do not blame the person, blame the one who is deceiving them and blame the sin itself. Of course people have free will. There will always I guess be people in the world who will try to hurt others. Just don't allow yourself to be one of those people! Don't slander others as you can see the effect it has - you experience the hurt and pain yourself. So, show others you love them anyway, this will make them wonder how. Then explain that God loves us all, so who are we to contradict Him? We are His creation, therefore we are capable of the love which covers a multitude of sins.

I am part black, white and latina. I am in love with a half irish, half black albino man who is my best friend and fiance. When people are ignorant and follow the blind you must not follow them but lead. I have twenty paintings, but you would've never guessed that I am partially colorblind. You are beautiful! I didn't have much experience with black people, I am eastern European, I come from Poland from small city, and really I see first time black person not on TV when I was 22. Now I am 28 and I was living in western Europe and Canada, and currently I live in London UK. I can tell you that Black woman are sexy, those black woman in London are just extremely beautiful girls, and I know that white guys love them. Real woman futures = Black sexy girl

Look, you should have enough common sense to know that we are all human and judging someone based on skin color is ridiculous. Stop obsessing over the fact that your skin color happens to be black. If someone says something offense to you then ignore them, don't stereotype people either though because we are all different and just because a couple of people make ignorant remarks doesn't mean everyone else is racist.

What that pretty for a black girl comment means: 70% of black women in America are overweight and or obese. That's very unattractive. Black women are the face of poverty in America so there's little money to spend on health and nutrition. Ugly once again. I'm black and I'm in the military. I have been around all types of people.. and some people are just raised differently. The people that told you that you were "pretty for a black girl" probably saw nothing wrong with what they said and that is when you should have explained to her right then and there it was rude and why it was rude.
