I hate to be the one to tell you this, but judging by the fact that the pig has a lot of extra fat in the chin area, and has no spots this pig is likely a cross breed between a potbelly and a Juliana pig. If it where a purebred Juliana then yes the size would be a guarantee, but as it doesn't seem to be the case it is a gamble as to how big this pig will get in the next year. They are not fully grown until three years. As a breeder I can tell you first hand.
@MrsPiggies3 He's heavier now but still the same size and some of his litter had spots, some were black and another was the same colour of Charlie. Only Charlie has blue eyes, so I'm not worried that he will become huge. Thanks for you opinion though!

@BangbangPOW13 he'll stay this size and he is 2 yrs old. He is a micro pig, largest they get is about 15" long, but can weigh up to 40 lbs.
