its a 4 door bel air and i am going to install door poppers on the front 2 doors.
on my door, the latch rod thing is on the outside, not the inside, where did you mount the solenoind? any help would be appreciated

@cmorey103 The solenoid is inside the door near the bottom of the door and towards the front of the car. The original rod was on the outside of the inner door structure, but I replaced it all with steel cable since I used bear claw latches.
