it's easy if you live there or any where u just pick it up . The truth is no matter how long you stay or live some where some people never pick up the language and they don't even try to learn it . also some people go to English class and can not speak English bc what the teacher say's there friend doesn't understand and they transalate in there language so they don't learn. I will leave it at that
