We just lost a real good friend, played the Whalebone bass in our Church group and this was his favorite song. This song literally fell in my lap, God's amazing that way. He'll be sorely missed, but we know he's in good hands.

I believe he passed away April 28, 2009. It was reported that he had a stroke and died peacefully in his sleep...I hope it was as beautiful a passing as this video is. May his music live on. Thank you for this,

i don't which album it came off of, but when i looked this song up on amazon i found that you could download 101 of his songs for $9. that is a bargain, i think because all of his are good. i guess that is why they call him "the voice."

thanks for the comments. i took most of these pictures on a couple large ranches in south Florida. And all the pics are from somewhere in Florida.

I actually was going to use a different song but heard this one playing in the background and chose it instead. That is why the pics may not match as well as they could. Just sort of threw it together.
