  • thanks now my coach cant say that i suck thanks to u

  • Thx today during volleyball it's boys vs girls and I think us girls r gonna win

  • THANKS FOR THE ADVICE BUT WHEN YOU SLAP THE BALL OVERHAND COULD YOU DO THE SAME THING UNDERHAND. BUT LIKE PUT YOUR HANDS SIDE BY SIDE AND THEN SLAP IT?

  • Completely agree Noelani. Jonny, seeing as how you're in Utah, you should know Gold Medal Squared... And your techniques don't allow you to keep movements simple. The more movements you cut out, the less chance of error. In passing, your arms need to be down by your side - straight. If you watched your own examples of passing, having your arms faced up didn't allow you to react quickly enough to where the ball was going, resulting in bent arms before the pass. A big no no, as you should know now

  • he makes volleyball look so easy :D

  • poop

  • GMS keys re-worded. Johnny, remember to keep your hands down in order to keep it simple. Your demonstration has you 1- put your hands together, 2- move your arms down, 3- pass the ball up. You should 1- put your hands together (hands down) and 2- pass the ball up.

  • @PPlover122 ya I do it that way too

I think either way is fine

  • cant this dude smile?

  • @MissGGarcia Well... if u actually paid attention you could actually C him smile :) 1:06

  • @maalbadeen i was kidding.. you shouldn't take it so seriously..

  • @MissGGarcia DOES IT REALLY MATTER HE IS JUST TRYING TO TEACH US SOMETHING.

  • great video!! but it has been a year since i cannot make a proper serve..any advice?

  • I have a diffrent hand position, I put my left hand in a fist and wrap my right hand around my left and my thumbs both sit on top.....is that another way to put my hands or is your way the corect more usful way??

  • @PPlover122

yes that is better because you have better control, but you don't always enough time to do that in a hard and fast serve or a spike

  • @PPlover122 I'm pretty sure it doesn't really matter, I mean it's different for everyone. I think with the way he showed us you can't really get your hands like that in a second, but it helps with aim/control. but It's different for everyone.

  • @PPlover122 As long as your thumbs are flat on the top of your hand position than it does not matter but your not even really hitting with your hands your hitting with your wrists

  • @PPlover122 HeeyBro. LMAO. Actually that's another helpful way; Making a fist and wrapping the other hand around it. You're main idea to get a right idea sorta speak is to have both thumbs on top; so your arms are angled properly to make a surface to bump/forearm pass. [:

  • @PPlover122 his way is more usefull, your platform is more flat when you use his way, so there is less chance you deliver a faul pass

  • @PPlover122 his way is better.

  • Thank you so much
