Creating a Professional Email Address

I heard that in Europe businesses don't hire people who have hotmail or anything else but a professional e-mail so that's why I wanna get a different e-mail so when that happens over here, I wouldn't have to struggle to get one

You have to sign up for msn again if you want to use this new email address. There's no way to change your email address in msn to use the new email.

how about a purchased email address. A name@ then a domain name you own. That's a lot more professional.
