@Vendetta0779 No. He had suffered achondroplasia which is a form of dwarfism, and he had the look appearance of a 3 year old, even though he was 17 was the show Passions began where he had played a doll named Timmy I believe, and Josh had died of a congenital heart condition. The death scene he had taped for his character the month before aired on the same day. May he RIP.
