Part of it might be he's just that damn good at playing Hannibal Lecter, but he just has a sinister look about him. he is saying that journalists said that his scar was a bite of a dog, But he is saying that the truth is that he was trying to go up a dog (i don't know how to explain... i mean he treated the dog as a horse) but the he fell against something (i think he is saying a tree) and so that it's not a bite but a cut.

@elepinkina No, it's not a cut...I'm french, Gaspard said that the dog was sleeping under a tree and he jumped on him like we do with a horse and the dog didn't bite him, he scratched with his foot.. It seems strange to have a scar because of that, but it's exactly what Gaspard said.
