beautiful. just the rite size oven. if you look good at this , the flame rises and doesn't touch the dough. the heat may be a bit high but perfect for make flat mediterranean bread or pizza.

never seen flame flowing like this one. What is the flue set up. Is it set off to the right instead of the front or the rear.
