I saw Edgar's exhibit at the DCCA here in Wilmington. I am so moved by his images. I went to ask about purchasing a pice and the only two images for sale were two small studies. Who/where do I contact for information on purchasing a piece of his work?
I am a student at Creighton University and I just met Edgar Jerins!!!! His exhibit "Drawing Omaha from Manhattan" is at the Art Gallery on campus and I happened to be going through the gallery and he just came up and started talking to me. His work really is incredible. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end my monday. If you're not familiar with his work, GET FAMILIAR. haha :) It's wonderful, and so is he.
This video is a great documentation of Edgars work. Whats the back story? (born, studied, exhibited, collected by, died?). Poignant is exactly the right word,
Hey John, Patrick King here. This showed up as a recommended video on the homepage of YouTube. May this get a million views. And where's Edgar's website?

I disagree with Jamesuardo's comment. Not everything is "joke material". The artwork is really impressive. Great images.

This is a great start. You have to get Edgar into a movie. His humor juxtaposed with his work would make for a really nice portait.
