Hehe ,well I'm a late 20's chevy fanboy, but I'm also a diesel fanatic with an '09 dmax. But I have to say I am impressed with your truck. Good pull to 75-80 mph man. Your truck needs more fuel to keep going strong after 90 mph.

@ psmTARDcore.............. buddy I know how to drive, I clutched and warmed the tires beforehand, I even did three test launches before calling these guys.... like I said before let's get the vette to hook next race... it was an old farmers dusty road we races on. And yes my bud's truck runs like a raped ape but.... it sure AS F******* HELL will destroy a 335i what is that? A guy who wants a beamed.but has no F******* clue what an m5 is or how to properly tune an m3.... seriously bud...

@spaatzbound The bad thing is that the big three are going through their muscle car war all over again. Getting more power out of less cubic inches sucks for what these trucks are actually made for. The power these trucks have is just too much.  They simply won't last as long as the old 7.3's, or 5.9's. I love my 6.4, but I doubt she will see 350K.

He doesnt know how to launch. If your truck can pull a 0-60 in 3.3 secs like Range has gotten the Z06 to do, then you beat him, if not, it was a driver error. I have beaten many M3's and C5's from dead stops only because it was an inexperienced driver

@psmTARDCORE The guy in the vette wasn't a bad driver. The truck is putting out some really good power, and I have the advantage of launching in 4wd. It's awfully hard to beat a boosted 4wd launch without being on a track with slicks. Were also at 5K feet elevation so the naturally aspirated Corvette has some power loss; whereas my forced induction compound turbo's aren't affected as much.

@alcook591 Oh that makes perfect sense. When I was in New Mexico my friend's 335i could beat M3's due to the elevation. I don't know the exact height of it but he said that's the only reason he was able to pull ahead. Its just hard for me to see a 6000 lb truck pulling a sub 3.6 sec 0-60 time regaurdless of 4wd launch. But overall, nice truck :)
