I'll never forget when the album get your wings came out. I had a nice car equipped with an 8 track player great Jenson speakers. We would all be smoking in the car and in the middle of this song it would get softer in volume and then click and change the track like 8 Tracks would do. I've seen Aerosmith in concert so many times at a place called the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. Sometimes Steven Tyler would be so f**ked up he couldn't sing a note. I don't think it's about a specific thing. Anyways, Steven says it's one of the band's greatest records and is one of his all time favourite songs, and I share the same opinion with him. :)

This song is really good but if could have been ever better. There is so much wasted potential. The acoustic guitar and Steven Tyler's vocals are perfect. But the problem comes from the guitar solo or lack thereof. This COULD have been one of the greatest ballads OF ALL TIME if it just had a solo that lasted longer than 6 seconds!
