Air alert said if you keep doing it it will increase again but it won't be as much. So you could try that or, I know it sounds girly but skipping really helps.
Also work on flexibility by doing stretching everyday

stay away from this program unless you are already an athlete. This program made me have patellar chondropathy on both my knees and i am only 26 years old, something that is bothering me for months. And i wasn't hurting during the program at all. Now it's been over a year that i made 8 weeks of this program.
First of all Air alert does not wreck your knee its because your hip is weak and when you train try to look at your knee, if you have a weak hip your knee should be turning towards your body, make sure your knee don't do that because you will just get hurt, so train your hips untill you don't got any pain in your knees when you train.
Air Alert does mess your knees up guys. I'm saying this from a first hand experience. I couldn't play ball the entire summer because I developed tendonitis due to Air Alert. The repetetive jumping just doesn't make sense. You will gain inches from the first 5-10 reps of jumps. After that it is merely endurance. DONT DO IT. LOOK FOR OTHER PROGRAMS.
Maybe I wasn't anatomically ready for it, but I went hard on every jump. But I can handle 275+ Ib. squats, and years of basketball. To sum it up, the risks outweigh the potential benefits.
