well, i used to practise at the esplanade underpass, but that was years ago... right now i dont know if there are any poppers who go around sessioning at all times, tho you can just try your luck at SMU, i've heard that there are poppers who practise there from time to time, although i cant guarantee you that you'll find anyone... so yeah...
