Rela is one of militia groups that used by power in m'sia and indon Inhumane and worst than police.I experienced when I was a refugee in KL. I could never forget. I was tortured by police, not allow me to call UNHCR. Lied to my friends who tried to find me. A month later Rela arrested me with violent. Threw my unhcr doc and kicked my back when I picked it up.I left m'sia in 2003 to US.RELA just like Nazi, militia in east timor/Acheh or any other fascists
