@katerinasassy Sorry for taking so long to respond. If you're looking for clothes that are the same style I say check out eBay. There are plenty of trustworthy sellers there and way more styles to choose from (plus they're usually better priced).

I also had problem with this website, i never bought anything again since i called and the girl was soooo nasty on the phone. I always spent around 100 dolars 3 times in orders with them. I ordered a jacket that was HOT PINK in the website and then when it came the tag says MAUVE and its totally purple, nothing to do with pink! It came full of stuff sticking out of it.. not flawless and beautiful like it showed in their website. Also i got a pair of boots that had a NAILL!!! inside poping out.

They have the most horrendous customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans that was supposed to be an xmas gift. I ordered them 2 weeks before xmas, and didn't get them until 3 weeks after xmas. This was unacceptable. I tried calling quite a few times and I was on hold for several hours during the hours they claim to not have high volume calls. And the link they give you in your email to track your item doesn't ever fucking work. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered then looked them up and you would not beleive all the BAD reveiws. I even checked the BBB and they have had 440 complaints in 36 months and some of which have not been fixed. AMIClubwear Sucks! My friend bought shoes on the website and it took over 2 weeks to ship and the shipping cost is $12.00. The shoes she got look way different than what was on the website. One of the boots had a lot of glue on it and even the heels were broken! And the shoe box they sent them in were smash. The shoes are cheap because the quality is cheap and horrible. Warning!: Do not buy from them! AMI just wants people money. They do not care about the quality of their products.

I completely understand. The few things I've gotten from them that were of any quality have served me well. While I may have two pairs of boots I can't use, a tank top that continues to fall apart, belts that fall apart, and a beaded top that looks nothing like the picture on the site, I do still have a few good items, a nice tshirt, cute boots, and a nice dress. If only their customer service would improve.

Curious how your situation turned out. I recently had to deal with AMI. They promptly sent me a partial refund. I told them I wanted a full refund or I was filing a BBB claim. The day I filed the BBB claim they emailed me back basically telling me I was stupid and that I was looking @ the wrong refund as they had put the refund on my credit card.
No apology from them. They basically told me I was being unreasonable and I could have my money back if I just shut up. They also continued to ignore my repeated questioning about the item that was never sent yet they took the money. Finally after a few dozen calls and emails and a couple weeks later, I get my refund from a very snarky twit on the phone. :/

The boots are so incredibly crappy that you can't even wear them! The soles are like cardboard / $1 flipflop materials.

I totally agree! They lied to me by sending me an email stating they shipped my order on a particular date. So after visiting UPS website for 5 days and no info on my order was available i decided to contact UPs. The UPS rep informed me that they had not received a package for my order! I will never order from them again!

I've made 3 orders in the last month. Total of 22 pairs of shoes. 4 were missing due to backorder. I called the number at the bottom of the packing slip. They offered me the choice to wait or instant refund. I took the refund. 10minutes later it was in my paypal account.
I haven't had any issues with sizing. But so far I've only ordered shoes.
