I like the Hacker Pschorr Munich Gold as well. Give that a try if you haven't. I once read that the German Helles Lager is the souffle or mousse of beer. Balanced, delicate, and delicious.

Great review, glad you liked it. Paulaner make some good quality beers. Unfortunately, aside from the Hefeweizen, they have become very hard to procure here in Australia. I'm hoping the situation changes soon as I'd love to buy a few cartons when Summer comes round. Thanks again for reviewing this beer!
