  • @VannessaVannityStarz Doing exercisses when you are on your period is perfect!No problem in doing them even if you heard that they might not be indicated,well they ARE!:)

  • @TheLizamusic depends on how you eat. You can see results within two weeks if you eat celery and skinless chicken for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  • good workout:) You have to exercise and eat healthy at the same time, I don't drink any soda or milk for about 2 years now and I haven't ate at a fast food restaruant for a long time, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and take a vitamins like fish oil which is really good for your skin, and cut back on the sugar intake and It keeps you in good shape:)

  • first 2 exercises are not safe, coz Lower back is getting arched and not supported. Those exercises are for special population not for general population. And the third exercise should be performed slowly for best results concentrating on breath.

  • Depends on how you take care of yourself as well. East more healthy and perhaps walk a couple of days a week and you will get results! You can't do this a couple of times and eat junk food to expect results. =)

  • @emilywarawa MMA is cage fighting and mixed martial arts. im only 11 so i only do the training.its still VERY hard though. also, ive been on a very strict diet for a year (i went on when i started MMA) i have drank 1 can of fizzy drink in te past year. all i drink is water. trust me. a year ago i was fat now i got sixpack and stuff whatever but believe me its hard to get a flat stomach. good luck :)

  • I would do the abs work out and more and cut out carbs as much as possible with regular aerobic or any cardio exercise 4 to 6x a week cuz I had my 4th baby, all were c sections, and I lost my baby weight by the time my baby was 6 mths.Now my baby is nine mths and after every pregnancy I got the weight off bc I just don't think there are any excuses to be overweight it is just not healthy at all... thanks for your videos

  • @Moondance121 That's awesome. :) The only thing I would caution new mommies with is to 1) Wait til your doctor gives you the go ahead for exercise around 4 - 8 weeks. Before then, stick with walking 15 minutes a day and slowly increase to 30 mins. when you feel strong enough. And 2) After you get the go ahead to begin exercise, be very careful with crunches/sit-ups because with already weakened muscles, you can cause further separation and permanently damage them. This can lead to a "pooch".

    And if you want to get fit, drop all the sugars and shit, you dont even have to do moves like these to get "fit", just eat proper foor 5times a day and tadaa, you're fit.

  • That is some of the worst form i have ever seen... seriously you should not be preaching such bad form.

    People, sit ups are generally a bad idea. If you want a personalised ab routine totally free, just send me a message. I guarantee you will see much better gains than doing this contrived routine.

  • Ab exercises do not expose the abs. Losing belly fat through proper diet and complete body exercises is the healthiest way to get body fat low enough to see your abs.

  • @dunyaraad a question impossible to answer. it depends on a lot of things (age, metabolism, current weight, genetics, height etc.) best advice is work and be patient and you will eventually get to see them.
