Yea, That is a (Black and White) picture of Colin Ifield, one of Frank's six brothers. For a while Colin sang too and has a pretty good voice.

This guy is really good! Reminds me of my dad singing, he could yodel. He could also do the auctioneer song. His favorite songs were country.
This guy was so good going to give his song *****stars and thumbs up.
