one part of his lecture was really interesting when he says we are getting more and more older teenagers, but is that bad ?

I would assume so. It would mean that fewer and fewer adults embrace responsibility, reason, and a good work ethic in favor of extending their "teenage lifestyle".

he is insulting your music. To some old people, rap, or hip-hop, can often seem like sheer noise with mindless beats and mindless, insulting words. Some old people think that.

I meant 'hip-hop' not 'your music', sorry :) Personally, I find hip-hop, country, heavy metal, 97% of all pop songs and 97% of rock to be GARBAGE. And when someone dies and makes me boss, I will outlaw them all- duke ellington will play in every shopping mall, james brown will scream from every mountain top, and all congressional sessions will begin with sarah vaughan singing Send in the Clowns :)
