  • @it's time for u... U don't know the Gospel... U know how Apostole Paul died? Peter?

  • I love David Wilkerson. I went to his funeral; he was a great man.

  • @WarofThoughts This man was a Liar and a Con man i knew him personally him N his evil brother Don. What an evil selfish person he was he was also always angry always. I caught him many times bullying people through his security yep the stories i can tell you. This is why God punished him what happened to Psalms Chapter 91 where it saids He will give his angels charge over us YET he dies in a car accident where were Gods angels WITH GOD NOT HIM proof this man did not belong to God.

  • @ItsTimeNow4u I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm not qualified to answer you, I have no dog in this fight.

  • @ItsTimeNow4u You obviously post this everywhere and other different names I see. You obviously did not know David. What a fraud YOU are.

  • @ItsTimeNow4u You are a liar, you're not even a Christian.

  • @ItsTimeNow4u No God let the car crash happen so that David doesn't go deeper in the mess that he started with his weird manifestations. But for sure he is in Heaven!

  • Bless the Lord oh my soul and forget not His benefits..Thank you Jesus for True Men Of God

  • I love my pastor out norman oklahoma

  • @bbogz777 ******************* James 1:11 "For the sun rises with its scorching heat and withers the feild; its flower falls, and its beauty perishes. It is the same way with the rich; in the midst of a busy life, they will wither away." ***********************

  • This man is speaking truthfully .

  • i love this man here. he preaches truth. he isn't saying that people of god aren't suppose to prosper in the lord. he is saying that all the famous preachers are scheming money out of you and we are to blind to wake up and see that. the main thing is these preachers are preaching everything but Christ and that's what bothers me the most. telling people to seek after money but not telling them to have a relationship with the person who made the money and created everything is a problem

  • How did I get to this side of YouTube

  • 2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even (denying) the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

Man will decieve you but the word will save you!

  • charlatan

  • @candiceevans1 Stick with wilkerson, washer/piper are false teachers.

  • Sermons are much better without the anoying music.

  • @Soul7Patrol you are so right... i call it their theme music......it sooooooo annoying

  • at the end of the day, if it's appealing only to the flesh then it aint Godly. some people desire riches above all else 'dishonest gain' as dave calls it. 'money mad preachers'. all of the flesh. nothin of christ in that. if u stuck chasin yourself and your money, then u aint chasing the heart of God.

  • @TheSoloscriptura “Blessing I will bless you and multiplying I will multiply you.” Sin is not based on excess wealth and health but the fear of lack. Depravation is based on fear of lack not excess. We need to give God credit for wealth and health not reject wealth and health. David Wilkerson strands his listeners in a state of rejecting the power and love of God. The basis of depravity is deprivation. That is why we must believe that wealth and health are in fact the nature of God.

  • @inheritthepromises I am so sick of hearing this GARBAGE it makes me

want to VOMIT! 5.5 BILLION souls on this earth eat a handful of rice a day

cooked on rocks in the yard, wash their 1 garment in a river and go to

sleep nightly in a HUT laying on a MAT on the GROUND! Yet millions of

those dirt poor souls LOVE JESUS & SERVE HIM!

Tell those BILLIONS Jesus DIED FOR about HOW ITS IMPORTANT

    TO BE WEALTHY! DAMNATION!

THIS STINKS IN THE NOSTRILS OF GOD!

JESUS HELP YOU TO GET SAVED!

  • @GooglFascists

We are the body of Jesus, and we should care for another. If we did, then there wouldn't be any hungry people. We cannot blame God for that, He gaven us all the tools we need to do that.

  • Hey my favourite pastors in the world are David WIlkerson, Carter Conlon and the great Leonard Ravenhill... can anyone explain to me what they find wrong with the prosperity gospel becoz my spirit is against it but i dont know why :/

  • @shebaboi I comment late, but anyway if you didnt know. They only want money and youll be cured. But thats a lie. You only sit in church, you hear some words about the bible and they arent saving anyone or giving anyone the chance to repent. They only sing songs for money read the bible for money and nothing more. They are of the DEVIL.

  • @coolboysoldier1 I agree if ur theological focus is on money and fleshly things then there is no profoundness in the preaching and Leonard Ravenhill said "if Jesus preached the message that pastors are preaching now he never would have been crucified". i believe a dilute gospel is no gospet.

  • @shebaboi Its worldy talk whats coming out of their mouth. Actually I only hear them screaming inside MONEY MONEY MONEY and thats it.

You know my favorite pastor is 'paul washer' I think he comes real close to the perfect gospel that Jesus preached. Look him up, and go listen to his sermons, he speaks the true GOSPEL. I havent heard the TRUE gospel in my LIFE exept by him! he is very blessed not everyone preaches like him.

  • @shebaboi you may find your answer in the Bible. listen to no one.

  • It is so easy and convienient to preach that God is unloving!

But where does Wilkerson get his money-- from God or from donations?

Is Wilkerson's first love donations or faith in God?

Kenneth Hagin preached that money and health were gifts from the loving God not toil and physicians.

If money and health are so evil then Wilkerson should not sinfully take donations or sinfully go to physicians.

But Wilkerson is ignoratnly constrains prayer to a loving God and promotes pain & toil & death.

  • @inheritthepromises

"But Wilkerson is ignoratnly constrains prayer to a loving God and promotes pain & toil & death."

I suggest you read Hebrews, chapter 12...especially verses from 4 to 11...

  • hes not havinq drama he realizes how messtup the world is nd he understands how God feels

  • people that dont understand his preachinq ,,,LEARN HOW TO CHEW HIS WORD ,DONT JUST ASK people,.. you also have the holy spirit to ask :)

  • If prospericy not is for us, WHY WAS PAUL TALKING ABOUT THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM?

  • In 2 Corinthians 9:6-8

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. Make your own mind up..

  • giving is what we have in our heart to give, dont be greedy 2 Cor 9:7 if you add up all the tithes mentioned in a 7 year period its much more than 10%. the priest never received money for themselves. and owned no land or cattle. what we see today in the modern Christian church is a total invention.

  • we cannot change or modernise this law. only God could. the animals collected for the tithe- Lev 27, were used in Jewish festivals and also sacrafised by the Levite priest for the ATONEMENT. read Hebrews ch-7,8&9 Christ is our high priest. also read Acts chapter 15. there is nothing in the bible to support what the modern church is calling a "tithe". the gentile was never to involve himself in this matter. its not by choice but according to law. Deut 14: 28 tithe every 3rd year.

  • @avissony the tithe was never for the non Israeli Jew in the first place. how and when did that change after the death of Christ? new testament teaching on giving never included a so called tithe. only the Levites and Levite priests had the authority to even collect or even deal with the tithe. the tithe was never money. please study your bible in CONTEXT. your pastor and my pastor are not Levites. nor have they taken there place. tithe was connected to the atonement. Christ is our atonement.

  • thank you david

  • Jesus spoke of the tithe once, to a Jewish Priest. people please study in CONTEXT, get a clue

  • tithes mentioned in the NT is always referred to in past tense , there is no teaching or commandment for tithing foe the NT gentile Christian church. tithe was never for anyone outside of Israel, read your bible

  • @lunabranwen Though tithing in the New Testament is referred to in the past tense, it does not say that we don't have to tithe. Tithing is mentioned in the New Testament and the Old Testament, and the entire reason for tithing is simply to acknowledge the fact that everything we receive came from, and thus, belongs to God. We are to honor Him with the first-fruits of our increase. We are to still tithe, but instead of giving out money to wolves, we give it to the shepherds.

  • @lunabranwen One more thing, lunabranwen. The people of Israel were named after Jacob, who, of course wrestled with the angel all night, and after that wrestling in prayer, Jacob was renamed Israel given that he wrestled with God and won. Israelites were God's chosen because of what their fathers did, and because we are now of the line of Abraham (through Jesus) we are now part of Israel. God's people (Israel, which now includes us) are His people because we rely on our God for everything.

  • What the blessings of Abraham? I don't like the prospericy gospel, but prospericy it's a part of the gospel, yopu can't deny that, it's SOZO

  • Denis that is a lie.

Jesus DID talk about the tithe, read it again!

  • @Rhsam

Jesus did Not talk about the tithe as something that was to change from paying the theocracy of Israel 10 percent to giving it to the church.

There is no theocracy or temple. Jesus only talked about the tithe in terms of that

The new testament talks about giving as joyful, sacrificial and in proportion to your income. If ten percent is not that much I am afraid many tithers are falling short. (myself included)

  • Benny Hinn is a FALSE PROPHET he is sooooo greedy asking everyone for $1,000 he threw me and my brother out of his crusade for not putting out hands in the air when he commanded, he has about TEN Supermen security surrounding him, pushing people around.

    Hinn is EVIL

  • You can judge prophecies but not judge prophets, it's insane, what are you think you are, are you God?

You can't look in the heart of benny Hinn.

  • @goeroeelvis

Benny Hinn's lifestyle, false prophecies and heretical teachings speak for themselves. If you choose to turn a blind eye that is your problem.

  • @goeroeelvis What about past ''prophecies''uttered by him that NEVER occurred?.Isn't that an adequate ''yardstick''to judge someone?.Maybe you cannot look into Benny HINN's ''heart'',but you can easily connect the dots and get a good insight into what he believes by looking at his lifestyle, what he talks about and how he lives his life.......We need to imitate the Bereans in this .I would bet that God is probably nauseated at his word being twisted beyond comprehension

  • @AlzbetaMadragana - AMEN!

  • may the Lord mightily bless David Wilkerson for his message. The world today is riddled with false prophets who reap ill-gotten PROFITS from sheep who have been led astray by their vile and hell-bound deceptions.

  • Give me more of this please.

  • Jesus never mentioned the tithe, instead, He taked about something much harder --- sacrificial giving

  • how many of the properity gospels would continue if they lost everything? lost it twice? theyd switch so fast your heads would spin. How about if their flocks lost it all ? God isnt about money neither is the bible nor Jesus! Get right with the Lord and repent you money changers!

  • GOD took him the last great preacher, cant wait to shake this mighty man of GOD hand in heaven.

  • csodálatos prédikátor volt kár hogy ilyen ember autobalesetben kellet neki elmenni nagy odaadoan hirdette isten igélyét minden bünös embernek hogy megtérjenek ö márt az urnál van isten áldjon mindenkit

  • I guess that is why you are "yunginspirit"... Just because tithing is mentioned in the new testament does not mean that believers are to tithe. This is exactly why a good hermeneutic is of utmost importance. You must consider the audience - enough said.

  • @Wunji1 exactly

  • 11 people who watched this are prosperity gospel preachers and felt David Wilkerson was revealing them...and their false gospel/teachings

  • 11 people who watched this are prosperity gospel preachers and felt David Wilkerson was revealing them...

  • Measuring one's "closeness to God" by looking at how great a job/position one has or how many things one has is an "abomination in God's eyes". Never, ever, never!!! Never say: "This person is close to Jesus because they have a lot of money with a great home and a great car". Never say: "This person is not close to God because they don't make a lot of money and don't have a great home or fancy car!!!" You can have a lot or little, but never ever judge someone's relationship to God by things!!!!

  • thank you for posting this "good word" i needed to listen to it again today

    thanks

    ddt

  • Such a powerful message from a wonderful man of God. Pastor Wilkerson was a faithful servant of the Lord who fearlessly preached the uncompromising word of God. He stood up for righteousness. He stood up for Truth. He has been such a blessing. I am thankful for him obeying the calling of God on his life.

Just as with the disciples, the seeds sown in life, will reap a far greater harvest in death.

May God continually comfort his family.

  • @jesusdisciple100 I miss my pastor. even I never knew him personally.

  • If you are still not even babes, arguing about the New, better Covenant based on better promises and distinguished by the indwelling of the Holy Ghost, heretofore unknown to mankind, and made possible by the Power of God, by the love and for the love of God, you don't know Him. But know this, there is a broken heart, a lost soul, a back slid den, overwhelmed person who needs to see the Lord, Jesus Christ, His love, His mercy, and His submission and obedience, in you.

  • If you are still not even babes, arguing about the New, better Covenant based on better promises and distinguished by the indwelling of the Holy Ghost, heretofore unknown to mankind, and made possible by the Power of God, by the love and for the love of God, you don't know Him. But know this, there is a broken heart, a lost soul, a back slidden, overwhelmed person who needs to see the Lord, Jesus Christ, His love, His mercy, and His submission and obedience, in you.

  • The idea of the tithe is still present in the New Testament (Matthew 23:23), but it is never explicitly applied to believers. Instead, almost all Christians are called to more extravagant freewill giving in response to the gospel of the Lord Jesus, based on faith in God as provider (2 Corinthians 9:6-10) So, if you want to tithe tithe, but you as a believer was never ever required to tithe, it was for the wayward jew.

  • Sorry people, but tithing was never ever for the gentile only for the wayward Jew. Abraham never ever tithed with his own agricultural income but with others. Abraham only tithed once in his whole life. In the Old Testament agricultural economy, tithes were paid not in cash, gold or goods but in crops or livestock, for only the agricultural fruit of the promised land was to be tithed—not other forms of income. Malachi 3:8 is rebuking the children of Israel for refusing to tithe to God.

  • Call them out by name that we may know

  • @discipleso: I know we have the 10 Commandments & many other Laws of God...I already said something similar. Too, we Must accept Jesus Christ & KEEP His/God's commandments in order to be saved in his Kingdom. Most all of us are saved thru Christ's Atonement, but to reach the highest heaven we must obey God's Laws. Revelation 20:13 "And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were Judged every man according to their Works."

  • @disciplesofthecross: The word tithing is in the NT 7 times and 25 in the OT. Several times it refers to the Scribes & Pharisees, yes (who, BTW, are still Jews/Hebrews & Children of Israel). Nowhere in the whole Bible does it say that God did away with the Law of Tithing as stressed in Malachi. It is a law & a commandment to pay your tithes! Malachi is the book that bridges the OT with the NT thru Matthew. Tithing was still in force when the Saviour came to earth...they paid in money & in kind

  • @disciplesofthecross We are STILL under the OT laws. Each one at some point or another is brought up in the NT i.e. murder can be done within your heart simply by hating a brother, or you can commit adultery buy simply looking in a lustful way...they are all there...the good news is Christ can redeem where as in the OT you had to sacrifice animals and such.

  • @MrHeartcry; Thank you....thank you very much.

  • @disciples: 2Corinthians 9:6-7 has to do with "cheerfully giving to others -Charity." In fact, read the whole chapter & get the right perspective. It's not abt Tithing. God already set forth His terms for paying tithes. All He wants for the support of the Church & the ministry is a precise 10% (not accordingly) & we get to keep a whole 90% for ourselves. Man is still enjoying all of God's creations as in OT times, even our bodies are not really ours. God loves & rewards a cheerful giver. : )

  • @disciple:So, are you saying that we do not need to observe the Ten Commandments & all the many other laws & warnings stated in the OT? I think not. The only Laws changed by God were to do with sacrificial ordinances, complicated health & very strict eye for an eye laws. Christ was come! No more need for the sacrificing of animals as He was the Sacrifice! Laws were so strict because the Hebrews needed to be purged from the idolatrous ways picked up from the Egyptians. Tithing is still in force.

  • @Yunginspirit how many laws can you and commandments can you observe for if you break one you break all! We are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb and not the laws, Christ living in us makes us live according to God's will!

  • You are correct everything belongs to Him and 10% is not a lot. that is not the point. It's not manditory to tithe anymore period end of discussion, thats the point.

  • @cuffman251- Sorry but the LORD never did change the Law of Tithing in the NT; (show me where?) and neither can you change or do away with His pertinent Laws. That would be altering the Word of God to suit your own personal logic. MAL 3:8 "Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings."

  • @cuffman251: MAL 3:10 :Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it."

Now then, God did not cancel this Law, nor the great blessings attached to it if we obey Him.

    Adios mi amigo.

  • Joel should realize, when he stands before untold thousands his every word is being measured by a holy God? 1 day he will have to give an account of what he has said Matt 12:36. U can't lead people into knowledge of Christ if U do not have such knowledge? The answer is, he cannot do so. When the blind lead the blind what happens? They all end up in the ditch of doctrinal ignorance & bondage .I don't think Joel is evil, Like the Jews of old, his zeal is without knowledge. And it shows !

  • Osteens uncomfortable being listed among those called prosperity preachers. Whats interesting is his admission , He’s aware of the extreme focus preachers have on $-$. Although he tries to qualify it in vague generalities, its clear the poverty Osteen believes is actually dishonoring God does indeed involve financial & material lack. Whether he wants to admit or not $-$ & prosperity is @ the heart of what he teaches! Not much other scriputre in his message. Thats a leader? To Where?

  • Will you Go to Heaven when you Die?(Here's a quick test) Have you ever lied, stolen, committed adultery(Jesus said if you even look with lust it's adultery) Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? Be honest. You know you will be guilty and end up in Hell. But God is not willing That Any perish. God loves us so much He sent Jesus Christ to suffer and die on the Cross and He rose from the dead. Today, Repent(Confess and Forsake your Sins) and trust in JESUS Christ then read the Bible and Obey it.

  • @ambassador158 My going to heaven is not the issue . Most, including Chirstians,R ignorant to the word of God,they look to the leader for understanding. That teacher is accountable. U don't allow a Med Dr. to operate without training, Unless Ur a idiot. The same goes 4 a pastor teaching salvation. Olsteen has had no theological edu! A learned bible student would see this . James 3:1 Not many of U should presume to be teachers, brothers, U know we who teach will be judged more strictly.

  • Pastor David you are greatly missed !

Thank you Jesus for true men of God

  • I am 18 years old and even I can tell that this @fireitupministries guy is a fake. A wolf disguised as sheep and you should really tale back what you said. I will know you by your fruit like Jesus said and I've seen your fruit. I think a frog just came out of your mouth you false prophet. I'm sure most of you know what that means specially you mr. Matthew Ford I believe is your name. If you read your bible that is.

  • This past week, the Lord called home a great man of God...Dave Wilkerson preached the whole counsel of God and was not afraid to speak TRUTH and against the false prophets of our time......we need more people like this speaking out today. He will be very much missed indeed!!!

  • What a sad day. Pastor Wilkerson was killed in a car wreck. I loved this man's preahing.

  • I have alot of respect for this man who stands up towards the charlatans of the faith healers / wof "movements".

Many Christians fall these movements as they are on mainstream "Christian" networks like God TV, Miracle TV and TBN accept them to be true and many non-Christians accept this to be the norm in Christianity when it is not, and unfairly Christians get tarred with the same brush.

  • Agree with Him.

We need an Agape Love Revolution in our churches that only the Holy Spirit can give.

How about Agape Love to replace Focus and Goal Setting in our Businesses???

  • I just heard that Pastor Wilkinson had passed on!

What a disciple and prophet, our loss heaven's gain, and

what a reward he will have for his life of commitment!

  • R.I.P Wilkerson

  • I love being Word of Faith, so does my bank balance :) A poor christian cant feed the poor or hold crusades, but they sure do whinge about being poor LOL

  • @fireitupministries Most of the greatest servants of the poor and greatest missionaries in history have been financially poor themselves.

  • @fireitupministries

Jesus had no money and lived absolute poverty yet you call him lord, when in fact you worship Mammon / satan.

  • @someguy6481 You have just proven in one sentence that you have no knowledge of the Word of God at all. Jesus was RICH, when He died He "became" poor. How do you think His ministry was funded? With pot luck dinners LOL. DO some study on it, Jesus wore such expensive clothes that the guards were fighting over them... would they do that for a bunch of rags. Jesus lacked nothing, how? He was well funded. Read your Bible, you just make your self look un-educated.

  • @fireitupministries

lets see what the bible says about the "prosperity gospel"

"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs" (1 Timothy 6:10)

  • @someguy6481 You're hilarious! Your parents must be so proud of you. You are so good at taking scripture out of it's FULL context. Oh well, you can enjoy your poverty and I'll enjoy the millions. :) Can a poor minister pay for food the poor? Pay for crusades to win souls? No, but they sure do whinge a lot about those that are rich LOL

  • @fireitupministries

    1/4

Why should I listen to you? A pastor must use money for good and distribute it amongst the poor but you keep it for your own "wealth" (like you so arrogantly mentioned) and exploit others to get your "wealth". You worship your bank statements and things which are worthless in the eyes of God.

  • @fireitupministries

    2/4

Yes, I keep hearing about how Dollar and the like built schools and used other peoples money for their missions, but what's worth when it is built on false principles? It is not a mission to get them out of sin, you're bringing them into more sin i.e. Greed.

  • @fireitupministries

    3/4

Do you seriously believe your "wealth" will buy you a place in heaven? Do you think you can buy God like you buy people? Do you seriously believe that God is impressed with your "expensive goods"? God has warned us about people like you. You can smooth talk and con people, but you can't con and smooth talk God

  • @fireitupministries

    4/4

Yes my mother is happy with me because I refuse to follow con-artists like yourself, hurl insults all you want but when you meet God insults will not be heard by him and be no use to him, this further proves you're not a Christian. You keep calling non-world of faith "whiners", if you don't change your ways you will whine forever more in hell where God won't hear you. You can't smooth talk or con your way out hell. 2 Peter 2:1-3 describes people like you perfectly.

  • @someguy6481 i also couldnt believe what i saw when ive read his comment, there was so much pride in it, his comment alone convinced me. i felt like god saying to me "look at him, you will become like him if you seek money"

  • @someguy6481 So if you arent Word of Faith, you must be word of doubt? LOL You should come preach at my church, you would love it, we'd even give you a large offering for you to do what ever you want with. Start your own ministry maybe? By some Bibles and study them, who knows :) You're funny tho, judgemental and funny. Everyone is wrong except you :) LOL much love and joy

  • @fireitupministries

laugh now, you won't laugh when you meet God and only God judges, good day to you.

  • @fireitupministries Can a poor minister pay for food the poor? YES, by GOD'S POWER! I saw with my Own Eyes! Being a Disciple in 1977 at the 'Jesus House' we had NO support from Local Churches! The MAYOR even CAST US out during a BLIZZARD when 2 homeless FROZE to DEATH! Yet we FED EVERYONE that came in our Skid Row shack! PRAYER pleases God, doing WITHOUT for ourselves to FEED the HATED POOR!

Baptist Oklahoma City Mayor KILLED the POOR-Jesus FEEDS them!

  • @W5AWG Any more recent testimonies? We seed food multiply all the time, it's awesome. The point is that you or someone had to BUY the food, somewhere down the line it cost someone something, unless manna fell from heaven? You fed a few people on one night, how many more could you feed daily if you had financial provision?

People think poverty equals holiness, poverty is a devil and Jesus came and broke it's power, yet many so called BELIEVERS think that poverty shows humility lol

  • @fireitupministries you know im really angry just hearing about your ministry now. when i was younger i lived with my dad and my two brothers and sister. We literally didnt have almost any money left after bills and one day we were really hungry because we hadnt eaten in 2 days. I can tell my dad didnt know what to do so that day he took us to a dollar store to at least buy us a box of cookies to eat. And right when we stepped out .

  • i can tell u my testimony but its like talking to a wall with u.. It saddens me to read your comments.. And can you stop putting "lol" you seem so immature and your giving your ministry a bad name.. how old are you? Because it seems like your a child or just very immature and lost..

  • @lazytalk1 if the "church" had tithers in it, they could have fed your family. My point is that a poor, broke church is in effective. It cant do anything, but a rich church can feed people, clothe people. It is the role of the church to feed the poor. People laid the money, gifts at the feet of the apostles and they distributed to everyone that was in need. No point getting angry at me, God wants everyone rich and blessed LOL LOL LOL

  • @fireitupministries i dont think ive ever heard of anyone more immature than u... how old are u... Im 18 and your a false prophet. I'll let God deal with you. im not gonna waste my time on you anymore there's other people out there that God wants me to speak to but not u.. your too into your money. And im still as financially poor as i was then and look im still here. I seek the kingdom of God first and he keeps me spiritually rich! thats what God want.. not to be rich in this world.

  • Comment removed

  • @fireitupministries we stepped on a few 5 dollar bills that the wind had blown toward us. nobody was around and no cars were either just us at a dollar store empty parking lot. And i know God was giving us that money. we didnt worry about what we were gonna eat but he blessed us with money when we needed it. Now dont u tell me anything else about MONEY! Im tired and saddened by you! Im sure im way younger than you but you seem soooo lost in your false gospel! Jesus warned us about you..

  • @fireitupministries i can tell u many testimonies where the Lord has kept me fed and clothed without money but its like talking to a wall with u.. It saddens me to read your comments.. And can you stop putting "lol" you seem so immature and your giving your ministry a bad name.. how old are you? Because it seems like your a child or just very immature and lost.

  • @fireitupministries

"The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, “Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.” (Mark 10:24-25)

  • @fireitupministries

...and because of these teachers, the way of truth will be slandered. In their greed, they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. But god condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed. 2 peter 2:1-3"

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal." Matthew 6:19-20

"When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. He told them: “Take nothing for the journey—no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt." Luke 9:1-3

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness." Matthew 7:21-23

"For such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own appetites; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting." Romans 16:18

  • RIP sir, you'll be missed...see you in Heaven.

  • I have experienced the other side of this life- 5yrs ago I was in a car accident that left me ‘medically dead’ for 12mins. I can remember it as if it were yesterday.

There was a warm, glowing yellow light; bright, but not in any way painful to look at. A mighty hand reached out for the middle of my body & pulled me in, while a kindly voice kept saying “All is Love, & Love is All”.

From that day on I have ceased all forms of religious worship- it all seems so petty, irrelevant & laughable.

  • @30Jontheweb Please elaborate how he has compromised his stand.

  • horseshit!!

  • Finally wisdom from a preacher we all respect. Truth about the prosperity message. Can you imagine Jesus preaching prosperity? hhhhhhhh that would be so against His message and trying to reach the poor, hungry, and needy. Giving should be done without your left hand knowing what your right hand is doing - not for ulterior motives.

  • tscnyc.real men of god.

  • Osteen , a "church" the size of a shopping mall, lives in a mansion, a private jet, doesn't have a lot to say about God!

J Osteen ,John Francis, Benny Hinn, creflo dollar, Don Stewart , P.Popoff, con men.

Osteen, a motivational speaker. not a man of God. a false prophet if you will.

Its scary , people who believe in Christianity feel the need to buy their way in. These men are frauds. it's a sign of R time.TV, love of $, little Biblical teaching = con man Osteen!

  • @Yunginspirit Hysterical? Envious Of Olsteen? Hes a prosperity teacher. Not a teacher of the word, but a prosperity gospel ! A body of questionable & unbiblical teachings with a materialistic emphasis. The insatiable desire 4 financial security consumes Western culture, the concept is NOW flooding R christian networks ,in both the secular & religious worlds as a most desirable notions to dwell upon & pursue, even if spiritually minded try not to seem too worldly-minded about it.

  • @onstageagain: Osteen is a good, Christlike example & preacher man. The LORD in the OT blessed & prospered many ppl; i.e. Jacob, King David & more significantly, his son Solomon who became the richest man on earth. From my experience, observation & study, God blesses & prospers those who live their lives more in accordance with his Laws & Commandments with more temporal & spiritual blessings than most. To every Law there is a spiritual & a temporal blessing attached...Tithing included. Pay up!

  • Tithing is a basic idea. For Christians, God owns ALL of you. Whatsoever you do, do ALL to the glory of God. He owns your house, car, wallet, clothing, family, dogs, your body soul and spirit. Dont ye know, ye are not your own? Therefore, Glorify God. . . !!!

He owns it all! not 10% 20% or even 99.999%. Whether we live, or die, we are Gods and our JOB is to GLORIFY HIM in ALL things.

  • you are rigth brother David keep preching . You are one of the very few that are preaching the tru gaspel today

  • sorry, but no where in the new testament are christians commanded to tithe to a preacher or the church. Neither Jesus nor the Apostles commanded believers to tithe. This is a false and manipulative teaching and it's being used to exploit gullible, simple people. This teaching now begin to resemble the middle-age catholic conceit of indulgence whereby the false catholic church instructed the people that they could BUY (tithe) their way out of purgatory. This is heresy !

  • @shieldsff That's an extreme and complete misreading of what it means to tithe. I could explain why I tithe (it pre-dates the law, for one), but then I completely understand why some people don't do it - it is never commanded in the NT.

However, if you are not giving at least 10% of your income (to support your church, ministries, bless others etc.) then you are missing the commands to be a generous people and are not trusting God with your finances. 10% is just the starting point.

  • Extreme?!? It may appear that way to you if have been mislead up to this time with inaccurate & improper teachings. But again as the BIble makes clear, NTChristians are under no obligation to tithe a fixed percentage of their income to a preacher or a church. The church is not the OT nation of Israel. Saints are instructed to give sacrificially & generously not based on a fixed % of their crops. The example of the tithe before the law was limited, unique instance unlike the sacrifice. No tithing

  • @tjknight83 That's not accurate, there's never a minimum set on NT giving, it's voluntary, never out of compulsion therefore an act of worship as one sees fit to give. Notice money was never a tithable commodity, pre-Mosaic Law and within. God oves it when we give cheerfully and not begrudgingly or under compulsion, like commonly misconcieved and mistaught.

  • @segadavid1 Sorry - I realise that my message lacked some grace..

I know that many people have seen tithes and offerings abused by others in the past - preachers who have used them as an excuse to line their pockets. My only concern is that some people swing too far in the other direction and think they don't need to give anything. If you live in the US or UK or similar then you are one of the richest people in the world and giving generously can bring incredible relief to others.

  • @shieldsff Hmm...your right...I think. Actually the New Testament actually calls us to a higher standard...that is ALL of us, all of our stuff. The book of acts shows pretty clearly that Christians gave to the church. Ananias and Saphirah (sp?) is an example. Perhaps not 10%....but I"m thinking....everything.

  • @cougar8805 you said it! ALL! Leave everything and take up our Cross, kill our flesh daily, and follow Him! To be like Him, we have to do what He did, live like He did (maybe not physically), and that means to give up ALL...EVERYTHING! Amen?! Amen!!!!!!!!

  • @shieldsff in Luke 11:42, Jesus says “What sorrow awaits you Pharisees! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore justice and the love of God. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things."
