Actually Neely's nose was broken in a previous game. You are correct in that the blood is from Neely, but not because Ruff nailed him. In Cam Neely's tribute video, he talks about how pissed off he was being sent out to fight when O'Reilly knew he had a broken nose that hadn't healed. Neely didn't mind fighting at all, but he would have preferred to heal before going out to fight. Looking at what happened to Koci against Chara last year, we can all agree it's better to let a broken nose, heal!
