The only bad thing about this vid is that you twisted the needle (safety pin, actually) but it's more prone to infection. When you twist the needle, the skin rotates and it can get fucked up you look good with em though(:

Do NOT use safety pins! Use a hallow piercing needle or better yet, go to a professional. Safety pins are NOT okay to pierce with.

@obeyydaisy I reccomend doing it as fast as you can despite the pain. When you do it slow, you chicken out or it hurts the whole time. I dd this. and make sure you have a think enough needle to match the piercing or it will hurt if you put the piercing in and the hole is too small.

Piercing your lip yourself is completly safe, if it is sterile, there is no major veins/nerves around your lips so you can pretty much pierce anywhere without a worry.

i've done my own lip piercing too XD with the exact same thing. and it was a pain to push it through the last layer of the inside of my lip too -.- i had to push my skin down with my fingers and then had to get drove 20 minutes away to a friends house that had a hollow needle and they did it for me. kept the pin in all the way on the trip. still have the piercing today.

@TheReverseVEVOShow if you put orajel on it it doesnt hurt as bad but if you dont yes it hurts alot so before you do it put orajel on it and wait until its so numb you can speak then shve the pin in as fast as you can leve it in for about 17 seconds and have a LIPRING ready once you take the pin out clean it with rubbing alchohol then put the lip ring in. and soak the pin in rubbing alchohol before you try to do it DO NOT BURN IT!! all burning will do is make it pron to gathering bacteria.
