Wrinkles in the paint on the bedroom roof at 3:20 can only mean one thing... Leaky roof--which means that it probably already has mold problems. Not surprising considering that 4 out 5 apartments that I rented up in Chicago had problems with water leakage. Absolutely beautiful loft though.

Those are embossed ceilings. I saw / see the lines you're referring to but saw no mold while I was there, nor would I venture a guess that the lines were due to water damage. I'd want a lot closer look before drawing any conclusions.
@YoChicago1 Thanks for clarifying. I have to be honest, I've never seen a roof intentionally done like that--even in 1080p, it looks very much like the effect of water damage.
