The guy at 4:20 pedaled the corner, grounded the inside pedal causing that weird looking crash, the guys in front and behind are all (wisely) coasting with the outside pedal down.

@hotbananas I doubt that he clipped, as at the moment that he started the crash he wasn't leaned over very much at all. That was a highside. Not as violent as the ones you get on a moto, but it was a highside. If you yank the bars into the corner too hard, or hit too much back brake too suddenly, then this can set up a highside.

@RedShipsofSpainAgain A highside is not about braking too quickly so to say, it is from not being smooth on the bike. So as you come into a corner and turn too hard too quickly, or give it too much rear brake too suddenly, then your rear wheel starts to slide, natural reaction is to counter steer, and regain traction. This this grabs the rear wheel, and because of the big counter steer, leans the bike the other way, and throws you off to the outside of the corner. More common in motos though

@tommo2785 A highside can be caused by grabbing too much front brake. If you're turning left, and grab too much front brake, your bike and body is thrown forward and to the right, rotating around the front wheel's axle, flipping you like a pancake.
