When Brian Jones was first forming the Rolling Stones, his first choice of vocalist was Paul Jones, who sings the lead vocals and plays harp on this video. Brian actually asked him to be their singer, but Paul thought Blues would not catch on in Britain and turned him down, so Brian asked Mick Jagger to do it instead. I often wonder what would have happened if Paul had accepted.  Would the Sones have succeeded? How would they have sounded? Would Brian still be alive?

This song still conjures up memories of Cathy McGowan, with her big hair, declaring everything played was "really fab".

Paul Jones is still a great blues artist and a "really fab" broadcaster on the subject.
