They couldn't get the rights to the song so when it was released on video the song wasn't included. I got the original soundtrack off ebay years back as it was out of print. I actually had to get it from a studio exec.

I just downloaded this show and was highly disappointed when this scene had some weird instrumental and not this beautiful song. Same thing with the beginning of episode 6, Escape. Those were my two fave songs and both were replaced with strange instrumentals that didn't fit in.

Why is because this was from the UK. They did not get the song, but they did get to see the last two episodes, which were not shown in the states. This was perhaps the most memorable scene of VR5 and why they omitted the music I do not know. They did the same thing to Augusta Gone which was only released overseas. Probably, some big company like UMG bought rights to the song and only wants people to hear it from those who pay. Fox paid them, Sky did not, but just guessing
