@santamonicaforever True, but there were 37 of them. Because it doesn't look like serious training, or a WR attempt (like that seizure someone had for "most dips in 1 minute") I wouldn't stress about it. Same as sloppy handstands on skateboards.
@Lyddonick agreed. 37 is 37. which is monster no matter what the form is. i've never been past 9 and they get more shallow each rep after 6. take my hat off to any mf'rs who do ring dips muscle ups, handstand pushups...
Me and Geoff are in the same boat height wise, but I'm no where near as strong as he is at a bodyweight to strength ratio. Working on it though, Great stuff Geoff
i might have been able to 8 years ago, but no way man. i shake and grunt holding a cross for a few seconds nowadays. it's rough with a 6 foot arm span at 190 lbs

@Rroossoonneerroo yea, but most people who use rings are into nazi training (i.e. crossfit) so they care more about reps/sets/time then quality.
