I dont think a person should pick their own songs for their funeral. first its morbid, and second, its your way of saying "because you guys knew me, you were changed for the better"

How ironic, because this song was played at my grandmother's funeral service less than two weeks ago. It was hard for my siblings, cousins and I to lose a grandmother, and even more painful for my mother, aunt and uncles to lose a mother and my grandfather a beloved wife.

It's gift is it's ability to be molded in to many different things. which is the point of the show and well life. There are no I love Idina and Kristen but these too women here Megan and Shoshana moved me the first time I saw this like no other time I have seen it or heard it. This is why I love this show/story/music. It changes every time.

I love this pair. The great thing about Wicked is that good actresses and actors can easily take on and ad to these characters. This Megan gal is SUPER as Glinda and I have to say Shoshana Bean addes something special to the role...This clip really embodies that part of the story.

True Kristin and Idina are great but I think Megan (and many other Elphabas and Glindas) embody the character much better for me. Although, it's all an interpretation thing so it's just everyone's opinion :)

Or maybe they could make a bit of a joke out of it and have Glinda come down in her bubble to warn Elphaba. That would be interesting....

This was great, nice touch filming the castle in Central Park, appropirate to say the least. I love this show so much seen it 12 times, I try to go everytime there's a cast change. Shoshana I've never seen perform, but hear she's amazing, Meagan I saw in 9 to 5, she was amazing.

they say 2012-2016, but I think they might hold off on making it since Wicked is still making millions of dollars on Broadway and tours. Once there is a movie, no one will go pay to see the show, so no one knows for sure.

Nah the opening is impossible. they'll definitely will cute "March of the witches Hunter". RENT was beyond good. (Although I hated Rosario Dawson as mimi, still think that Sharon Leal should've been Mimi) But, Wicked is going to be a hit!

She has a good voice and would probably be amazing in another braodway role but she doesn't suit Glinda

they say 2012-2016, but I think they might hold off on making it since Wicked is still making millions of dollars on Broadway and tours. Once there is a movie, no one will go pay to see the show, so no one knows for sure.

That's ludicrous! I mean, Mamma Mia was turn into a movie and it still making millions, RENT was turn into a movie and it stills has millions. And remember it's not the same thing to see a movie and actually live show, What I read on IMDB is that the film is being release in 2010!

I just checked the movie should release in two years. I think its taking them so lng to release cause the musical is so new. -shrugs- I dont know. I just hope they make it soon though I wonder what songs they will cut out of it (my bet is dancing through life or it will be cut up)

MAN!!! I think - - Sentimental Man and Wonderful. But, they're going to keep Dancing Through Life because it's so amazing, and it's Fiyero first song. They'lll shrimp some verses thou. I really want to see Adam Lambert as Fiyero, Annalisse Vander Pol as Glinda && Lea Michele as Elphaba!!

nah they wouldnt take out both the wizard's songs. they might take out the song with dr. dilamont and I think they will make it some sort of speaking part. uhh they will def. take out Nessarose's singing parts and maybe the opening and finale songs. hmm I have a bad feeling that this musical will get hacked intp peices but I have hope, since rent was amazing

Nah the opening is impossible. they'll definitely will cute "March of the witches Hunter". RENT was beyond good. (Although I hated Rosario Dawson as mimi, still think that Sharon Leal should've been Mimi) But, Wicked is going to be a hit!

I like that cast. Especially Lea Michele and Annalisse Vander Pol as Elphie and Glinda . . . . They sang defying gravity in glee and Lea Michele did it so well :)

Yeah you love them so much and you could not have massacred there names any worse. Please, don't do that. Learn there names, okay. IDINA MENZEL AND KRISTIN CHENOWETH. Please don't call yourself a real fan when you don't even know the star's names. It's a terrible dishonor to those of us who ARE real Wicked fans.

also, I hate to say this, cause I want a wicked movie with chenzel as the stars...but maybe they will be too old to play them by the time they make the movie...I mean, Kristin said it herself, they probably wont make the movie until the show peaks, and who knows when that will be???????????????????

where was this filmed? and yeah, they dont look very emotional for this...and the song kind of looses some of its umph when there isnt emotion, a necessary accompanion to this wonderful song
