I was at this game last year. I was scared beyond belief. I was 3 seats away from where the gentleman (he was a fireman in fact) and fell down to the lower level...I felt sick for 3 days after that!!! It was the scariest thing I've ever witnessed in person ever in my life. Some of us in our section thought he had died. But Thank God he was ok and had a full recovery!!!! It was just just scary. I will never forget that day!!!! Thank God he was ok!!!!

Sorry. A lawsuit is inevitable. So called "hold harmless" clauses are unconstitutional. No person can proclaim they are not liable for damages. People try it, like bars, "not liable for damages." But they all end up in court.

@kevin120857 There is nothing "unconstitutional" about a "hold harmless" clause. However, you are correct that those clauses cannot protect Rangers from all liability - courts routinely ignore those clauses in cases where there was negligence on the part of the person who is trying to enforce the contract.
