Hi Steve. I'm not dizzy with a long technical answer, so I summarize: Vehicles carrying hazardous materials are required to park before entering into the tunnel at specific waiting areas, duly marked, located in manholes to tunnel, where notify the Control Center by telephone within their presence. Be inspected before entering the tunnel and the tunnel escorted by personnel during their movement from the inside. Intermittent flow with the four burning and maximum speed shall not exceed 60 kmh.

Near the beginning of the tunnel, there was a sign that had pictures of trucks and a police car and a place to pull off. Is that some type of truck or hazardous material restriction? Thanks in advance for your answer and enjoyed the video. Steve :)
