This is not raytracing, for those who really know what it is. It's impossible nowadays to do realtime rendering with raytracing. Even if it was, they don't take advantage of the technique.
Putting some restrictions to the algorithm it can be done. Sure it is possible and it can be seen on the reflective surfaces. Of course you have to run it on a powerful machine and do not expect to have a lot of fps.

Es geht darum dass die Grafik nicht unbedingt "spürbar" besser wird durchs Raytracing...

Na ja... Irgendwie siehts genau SO aus, wies eigentlich immer aussieht. Ich seh da keinen Unterschied zwischen der normalen und dieser Version.

You are very wrong. Realtime ray tracing is very much real. Look at the other youtube videos.

this is nothing compared to what raytracing can do
the q4 textures/materials arent made for it and therefore it looks way to bright and still very unrealistic

Nett dass es läuft, jedoch fand ich die UT2004 Demo beeindruckender, da kommt auf jeden Fall mehr die Leistung von Raytracing besser rüber.
