But I woke up to this crashing noise and this bright light coming through the window which I had left open.. I screamed because in my half asleep delirium I thought a wrecking ball or a plane was crashing into the house so I dove into the kitchen screaming and hid. It took her two hours to dig herself out..

My doctor told me some good advice. He said that the best way to lose weight is to substitute your unhealthy food with healthy foods. Like if you feel like you want a burger, try making a home burger with turkey or chicken mince, swap lollies for fruit, etc.

30 lbs in 3 months isn't too bad if you just aren't a pussy about it. No excuses. Cut out everything besides water to drink. No meat/cheese. Please still eat healthy, lots of fruit and veggies. Best to get your protein through something like tofu. Eat lots of rice and beans. Basmatti rice has a lot of protein, like 9 grams per serving from what I buy. Take Vitamin B complex to offset the vitamins you would get from meat. Go back to eating whatever after you lose the weight.

If you love tasty food you might want to look into what's called a Carb Cycling diet.
There are LOTs of ways to manipulate what you eat following a diet like this but for the average guy whose not training like Rocky, you can set this diet up to allow for one "Holy Hell I can eat WHATEVER I want and HOWEVER much I want" meal for one meal a week. Literally, whatever as long as you can get it in under 45 minutes.
Rest of the week is a strict diet of lean protein, good fats, etc

I weigh about 160, am 6'1 and 20 years old. I really want to be like 185/190 but it's fucking hella hard. I just can't eat enough calories to gain weight. So right now im just getting lean muscle, not really gaining pounds. Kinda makes me wish I was semi-fat. I feel it's easier to slim down than to bulk up
@Luckyhearts thats retarded, your body type is the easiest to get built and ripped.... look into eating lots and lots of egg whites shoot for 170 grams of protein per day with power lifting. Also look into muscle confusion as someone mentioned the p90x is a good muscle confusion workout but you can make your own schedule to fit what type of body you want
@scrites1990 you can't get built if you aren't able to consume the large amounts of protein and calories necessary to get ripped. Plain and simple, I don't have the appetite to eat a lot. That's why I think it'd be easier if I was bigger to begin with.

I now weigh 205 and can max 360 lbs incline bench press. If you can't handle eating just a few eggs then look into protein shakes. im doing p90x. Before i do the workout i go for a 2 mile run then get to business Ive lost 2 pounds the first week just need to get rid of the rest of my belly fat small layer left all over my body. and you can now star seeing the outline of my six pack : )

I weigh about 160, am 6'1 and 20 years old. I really want to be like 185/190 but it's fucking hella hard. I just can't eat enough calories to gain weight. So right now im just getting lean muscle, not really gaining pounds. Kinda makes me wish I was semi-fat. I feel it's easier to slim down than to bulk up

@Luckyhearts thats retarded, your body type is the easiest to get built and ripped.... look into eating lots and lots of egg whites shoot for 170 grams of protein per day with power lifting. Also look into muscle confusion as someone mentioned the p90x is a good muscle confusion workout but you can make your own schedule to fit what type of body you want

@scrites1990 you can't get built if you aren't able to consume the large amounts of protein and calories necessary to get ripped. Plain and simple, I don't have the appetite to eat a lot. That's why I think it'd be easier if I was bigger to begin with.

@Luckyhearts you won't get ripped with no in your heart, and thats why i mentioned egg whites..... i weighed 165 lbs at the start of my lifting career and could only bench 135. I now weigh 205 and can max 360 lbs incline bench press. If you can't handle eating just a few eggs then look into protein shakes. You can make home made protein shakes that taste good and have 50 grams of protein plus

@scrites1990 don't get me wrong, I know it's possible to gain. In freshman and sophomore year I was a consistent 135, but after a year of weight training I am now a consistent 160. It's a bitch, is all I'm saying. And I'm actually curious, why just the egg whites? Is it easier to eat or something? (I know it's very healthy and has lots of protein)

im doing p90x. Before i do the workout i go for a 2 mile run then get to business Ive lost 2 pounds the first week just need to get rid of the rest of my belly fat small layer left all over my body. and you can now star seeing the outline of my six pack : )
nothing but some fruit but mainly veggies and protein products water and green tea.
